Graston Technique Therapy

Dr. Joseph Labib is trained and certified Graston technique Therapist. The ergonomic design of a very unique instruments, he utilize to locate and treat soft tissue restrictions. This has been an effective and successful method with many conditions such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Achilles Tendinitis, Plantar Fasciitis and Rotator Cuff Tendinitis.


Kinesiology Taping

The Kinesio Taping method is applied to facilitate healing while providing joint and muscle stability without restricting range of motion, it also can be used to correct posture and improve circulation and reduce swelling.


Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Our Physical Therapists have received training to reach a high level of skills to detect and release trigger points in a way that amaze patients after they feel instant relief of their pain.


Cupping Therapy                        

Cupping is a widely known as a traditional Chinese medicine, it is almost like a deep tissue massage with using a special suction gliding cups, results in breaking up any blockage and restore the body’s natural flow of energy. The side effects of cupping are fairly mild. Bruising should be expected, but skin should return to looking normal within few days.

Active Release Techniques® (ART)

ART® is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that our therapists use their hands skills to evaluate and treat soft tissue problems that most likely it can’t by visible by x-ray or MRI, these problems could be related to muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Many conditions such as cervicogenic headache, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles.
